Q: Is your inventory on hand?
A: Yes, we take pride in having our inventory on hand. Once your order is placed, your item will be shipped the next business day. We do not participate in any drop shipping or any similar shipping method.

Q: How does your clothing fit?
A: Our clothing fits true to size. Please make sure to refer to our sizing guide to determine the most accurate size for your fit. Sizing may vary depending on cut and style.
Q: How do you ship your products?
We offer USPS shipping options for Domestic and International orders. Shipping cost varies by the weight of each individual package. During checkout, you have the option to select upgraded shipping and pricing is calculated in the cart. Discount codes may be applied in your cart as well. Orders $50 and above ship for Free.
Q: Can I make a Return?
A: Just Us only offers exchanges for store credit. Our Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order date, unfortunately we can’t accept your request for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please use our Return Portal. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your item must be unworn and in the original packaging. Your return will be processed within 24-48hrs after it is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be issued store credit for the full amount via email through a gift card code. Your gift card code can be used toward any other product in our store, including sale items.
